By engaging me to act as your Toastmaster, you will be making the one decision that ensures the perfect culmination of your months of planning. Just knowing that I will be there will help ensure you to relax and enjoy the day.
Today's Toastmaster acts as your personal Management Specialist, representing your interests at the Wedding Venue. Your wishes and careful planning become my focus for the day.
The smooth running and timing of your wedding ought not to be left to chance. I will use my diplomacy and good humour to ensure that any unexpected hitches are unobtrusively dealt with. I am also your personal guide on today's etiquette and protocol, and am available to you during the months leading up to your special day.
Why a Toastmaster?
By engaging a Toastmaster for your Wedding, you will have access to professional advice on protocol and etiquette. This does not mean that you will have to run the whole day 'by the book'; together we can structure and tailor your Wedding so that it remains a personal event. the Toastmaster will arrive well in advance of the Wedding Party to liaise with the staff at the venue, as well as the photographer, musicians and, in case of civil Wedding, the Registrar and Celebrant.
As well as organising the greeting line and ensuring the event is running to time, the Toastmaster will then attend to the high table during the wedding Breakfast, speeches and gifts to the bridesmaids parents. There will be a brief pause in festivities whilst the Bride and Groom retire. your Toastmaster will then ensure that evening guests are properly received and made welcome, and that any extra arrangements are put in hand.
All that remains is for the party to begin!
